What payment methods does FourZero accept?

FourZero uses different payment methods depending on the product or service you purchase.

• Digital products: Downloadable products, including WordPress plugins, software licences, digital books and other digital resources, can be purchased by card through our online checkout using SumUp or Stripe.

• Design and app development: Bespoke services, including graphic design, website design, application development and other digital projects, are billed by invoice. Payment terms and due dates are provided on your invoice or agreed in your project proposal.

Who processes my card payments?

FourZero uses SumUp and Stripe to process card payments for eligible digital product purchases. The payment provider used will depend on the product and checkout.

These providers handle payment transactions on behalf of FourZero. FourZero remains responsible for its own sales, invoicing and applicable tax obligations for direct sales, subject to the arrangements in place for each transaction.

Does FourZero store my card details?

FourZero uses third-party payment providers to handle card transactions. Your full payment card details are handled through the relevant payment provider and are not stored by FourZero for direct payment processing.

FourZero may retain order details and transaction records for accounting, customer support and legal compliance.

How do I pay for design and app development projects?

Design, website development, application development and other bespoke digital projects are billed by invoice.

Depending on the project, payment may be arranged as an upfront deposit, milestone payments or a final invoice. The agreed payment schedule, amount due and payment deadline will be provided in your proposal or invoice before payment is required.

Can I purchase a subscription for a digital product?

Where available, FourZero digital products, such as WordPress plugins and software licences, may be offered with recurring subscription plans.

Available plans, prices, billing intervals, renewal conditions and cancellation terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

How do recurring payments work?

Where a digital product includes a recurring subscription, payments will be collected according to the billing schedule and terms presented at checkout. The relevant payment provider will process the transactions in accordance with your payment authorisation.

Please review the subscription price, renewal interval and cancellation terms before confirming your purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can request cancellation in accordance with the terms of your subscription. Please follow the cancellation instructions provided with your purchase or contact FourZero for assistance.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments. Any applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable purchase terms and consumer protection laws.

For digital products purchased directly from FourZero, contact us through our website with your order details.

For invoiced design and app development projects, please refer to your project agreement and contact FourZero to discuss any billing concerns.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

For digital product purchases, you will receive a purchase confirmation and the applicable receipt or invoice through the checkout or billing process.

For design and app development projects, FourZero will issue an invoice outlining the agreed charges, payment instructions and due date.

What happens if my card payment fails?

If your payment fails, check your payment details and contact your bank or payment provider if necessary. If you continue to experience problems, contact FourZero for assistance.

For recurring subscriptions, a failed payment may affect your subscription or access to updates in accordance with the applicable terms.
